How to pay with Zpay
1. The first step is to download the ZPay app, and check out if your bank is listed as an option.
2. After confirming that ZPay works with your bank, click on the ZPay transfer option. Then, you'll see a pop-up screen that reads "Welcome to ZPay".
3. If you own different accounts within the same bank, you'll be prompted to choose your preferred account on the following screen.
4. The next screen will show you an alternative between signing up with your phone number or your email address. After you decide which one you want to use, you'll get a verification email or SMS code.
5. If you did everything right, you'll see a "success" screen after completing the process.
How to Make a Deposit
1. To send us a deposit, the first step must be to log into the ZPay app, and then click on the "Send Money Now".
2. Then, pick the bank account where the funds are located.
3. At the next pop up screen, you'll need to add the recipient's information.
4. Next, the last step: just contact us to confirm your deposit. After we verify the transaction, your funds will be deposited into your account immediately.

- The emails sendsph@gmail.com is critical and if you do not get this email correct when sending the money, it will not get credited
- The memo line sph-c19506 is also critical to the deposit going through and must be mentioned in the email to customers.
